Answers before you ask
What to send, how to measure, what works
Straight from the shop's Custom Orders page, so your first email has everything the shop needs.
What do I need to send before you can quote my project?
Send what you want made, where it is going, the exact size in inches, the quantity, your colors and style, links to any artwork, and any special notes. The more detail you send up front, the fewer emails go back and forth, and the faster and more accurate your quote is. The form on this page asks for each of these.

How do I measure for a sign, decal or wrap?
Grab a tape measure and send the height and width in inches of the area or product. The shop needs real numbers, so skip estimates like "about this big," photos with an object for scale and blurry pictures of a tape measure. If you are not sure how to measure, the shop can come to you. On-site measuring is billed at the hourly rate plus mileage.

Can I use an AI-generated image as my artwork?
An AI image is a good way to show the look, layout, colors or direction you have in mind. It is not automatically production-ready artwork. For smaller graphics the shop may be able to use your file, depending on image quality and final size. For wraps, signs and anything enlarged a lot, the artwork usually has to be redrawn into a clean print-ready file first. The shop tells you which applies.

Which artwork files work best?
Send high-resolution PNG files, transparent backgrounds when the design needs one, vector files such as SVG, AI or EPS, or links to artwork you have purchased. Avoid Google screenshots, blurry or low-resolution images, watermarked artwork, and photos of a logo on someone’s arm, shirt or vehicle. If you have no artwork yet, the shop can point you to places to browse or to graphic designers.

Is there a minimum order for custom apparel?
No. Custom apparel has no minimum order, with front, back, sleeve and other placements available for individual pieces, groups, businesses and events. To get a quote, send the apparel type, sizes, colors, quantity, artwork and where you want the design placed. Hoodies, hats and other apparel go through the same custom order.

What finishes are available for hood names and personal vehicle lettering?
Options range from classic vinyl to glitter, reflective, printed and printed reflective finishes, so a hood name can stay subtle or stand out. To get a quote, send the wording, size, placement, colors and any artwork you want included. If you have a font in mind, send the font name. The shop suggests browsing dafont.com.
